Eddie Ellison is the Director of Ellison Financial Services
"Starting my own financial services business in 1996, was a natural step for me. Throughout my career, I have held a range of senior management, financial and accounting positions within the public and private sector. I spent over 20 years working as a Chartered Accountant before choosing to concentrate on the Financial Services
side of the business. I am currently a member of the Professional Advisors Association and a registered financial adviser. As well as working as an adviser I have been buying and selling property for a very long time having personally accumulated a significant residential portfolio. I offer clients real life examples of the pro’s and cons of buying and selling property and after 35 years I have a real understanding of the local property market.
On a personal note, my wife Vick and I are life time residents of Porirua. We’ve raised our five adult children here and currently enjoying being grandparents to our five grandchildren. We enjoy supporting our whānau and have always had strong involvement with the local schools and sports clubs. We take pride in supporting our local community.
